Not true, the tuner is suspose to handle supercharged turbo and Nx trucks...

These new tuners from SCT are going to blow the Viper Tuning market wide open..... Anyone with a dyno and the software can be a Viper tuner now.

This is good and bad...... Just remember that there are going to be tuners that have a great following and rep. Then there are going to be "new guys" that have fresh ideas trying to break-out and get into the market.... Then there will always be the BAD business people. The ones we all know about and one's we don't know about yet. ;)

This is a great time to own a Viper car or truck! And a great time to have a VTCOA Forum :D ;) , as I am sure there are going to be more folks wanting to become Vendors to sell there tunes here. :burnout:

(Just as a reference... there are about 150 Diesel truck tuners out there for these SCT units! I'm guessing that you all will see some new vendors on this forum VERY soon......)

i dont trust myself to tune my motor, it would probably go kaboooom!!

LOL! Me neither...... :p

There should be some amount of user adjustability in the programmer eventually... but, from what I'm hearing now, it won't be available right away.

Curious as to which would work better, this SCT or the one being developed by DC Performance.:dontknow:  :dontknow:

Either would seem better than the reprogrammed PCM method now being used.

If not an explanation, then how about a picture of one?

Here's a picture of the XCal2's for GM and Furd..... I think you can see the pattern. :D ;)

Ummm...wouldn't that make it more like a "2 option flash" instead of a true tuner?
