SCT Tuner Questions

I'm interested in a SCT tuner for my QC and was wondering if the tunes that come with it get rid of the torque managemant? I tow alot with my truck, but I want to be able to tow with it, then drop a trailer and go fast with it. Will the sct be able to accomdate that? Whos got the best price for a sct right now?
 
I have a Qc & SCT. It does get rid of torque Mgt so you cant tow unless you flash it back to stock. When your done towing you flash it back. Thats what I do
 
Why couldn't they make a "tow tune" for the SCT?? Try and get a hold of "msdnga" Marty can answer all your questions and do a wicked tune also!!

Thats why I chose the SCT instead of sending my puter to B&G.
 
Sorry guys, I am really slammed this week. There is a towing program I have for the 10's, along with a Hot cal. You can do anything with this piece of equipment. PM me if needed and I can answer as much as my schedule will allow. I am headed to TDP Automotive in March to tune 45 hemis on a dyno and train for SCT March 19-26th if any would like to stop by and see the magic...I am scheduled to go to Los Angeles CA for another round in April. You cannot beat a tune like this that is nailed with dyno time. TQ MGT is easily turned off using the SCT.

Hey Marty I pmed you over a week ago,I ned the party number for the spart plugs to go with the NOS I installed on my truck,that you set the SCT program for,If you can pm me the part number and type of plug I would appreciate it,thankd brat.:rock: :rock: :rock: :rock: :rock:
 
Thats KEWL Marty,Im sure that a bunch of guys could use your "TOW" tune!! I figured you would have one! Sounds like you got a busy schedule coming up!
 
With the SCT tuner we can provide you with three different tunes. Towing, Performance and race gas (or any combination of tunes).

There are many SCT vendors out there, I think what sets us apart is the fact that we have been doing this for years before the software to tune was released. You learn from experience.

another question...is the sct tuner only good for 1 truck, in other words,if someone has a tuner, you can't use it to tune on another truck? confused...:dontknow:
