SCT X2 Battery

Tried a search but found nothing. Im on vacation and have a small problem, i cant tune my car because "low battery"... on my SCT. I bought a firewire cable to try charge it with my laptop but that didnt work...

Cant remember if there is a special cable for charging the sct or do i need to open it up and check for a battery?

Anyone know? The SCT usermanual says nothing about charging the SCT X2

the SCT doesnt have a battery if i am correct it just uses the power from your odb2 port

Thats what i thought but why the hell do i get "low voltage" errors! :X

From the truck battery being low? Really not sure.

Get the same error if the SCT is plugged in with USB... Guess its something wrong the sct.

Is your trucks voltage up to par? It has to see a bit over 12 volts for SCT to work correctly.
