Roe sells these for over $400, I have seen as low as $379, I will sell this one for $279.00

That is $100 less than I paid and it has never been used. still in the box, has everything including disk and SCT emblem for ya.

Shipping is by the buyer but the medium flat rate USPS boxes for $10.95 should get it almost anywhere cheap.

Do not know what tunes run for these, I was going to get mine dyno tuned but went AEM. I have heard of several people calling and getting tunes emailed to them and they work great. DO not know what the tunes cost.
