SCT3 tuner

Looking for help, not able to get the SCT3 tuner to work with 3 different operating system, xp, vista and win 8. drivers will not load on the vista and 8, on the xp it states it working, but non of the systems will read the box. All I want to do is data log and drive my truck.
I have down loaded all the stuff from SCT and live link.
created config files will not upload DLF files
number one issue will not read the sct box.
trying for 3 day and now waiting for them to open so I can call them and ask.

Anyone have issues and no the fix?
I have tried 3 different cables also.

Hey Adam, you'll likely have to talk to SCT and get the firmware update for the X3 from them. Ran into this a few times lately.

Yea. I had the same problem. You gotta call. They will remote log into your computer and fix it problem. Where did you get it from.

Yes they do remote log in and that's nuts!

Nuts??!!?? Vey helpful tool in my profession. It's hard to troubleshoot problems going by what the user is saying without looking at it first hand.

Yes they do remote log in and that's nuts!

What's the difference with a SCT3??

Data logging, is the difference. and able to do some adjusting. which I will leave alone for the tuner to do.
All hook-up by remote, very cool.
