....Well they seem to be in full force right now. I drove about 20 miles today at 55 mph and spent the good part of an hour cleaning the windshield, grille, and bumper when I got home. Maybe by the end of the week they will have moved on. Just be prepared.

Paul, are they still in P'cola?

Please don't tell me it's that time already !!!

They are in full force in Pensacola. I went to the shop today for a lil catch up and they are out. Had to clean them off every vehicle in the driveway!

Something I use for my cars at the track is made by Duplicolor called invisible bra. It just sprays on and then all the rubber just washes off. On a Silver RC, you would be money. LOL It has a slight haze to it when it dries.

Well I can say that at one of Earls (Brat)gtg's,I was introduced to drier sheets that worked amazingly !!! Some say they are too course for the paint, but I guess it's the Easiest thing to work with,so I may just have to load some up !!!

Jack,Please tell me you are kidding.

I'm serious as a heart attack, these bucking fugs are terrible and will absolutely cover the entire front of your car (or truck):( :( :(

I think Pam works though have never tried it. When they get bad around here I use a product from Rain-X called "bug shield" (I think). You just spray it on and leave it. Then when you get ready to wash, they wash right off. We use it on our ambulances right now.

I heard pam and oil of ola lotion works ,,looks like oil on paint job but it helps keeping them from sticking ,,i will find out cause im going to get both and try them love bugs are bad here out side of town ,,,i went up to lake livingston tx to check on the ol lake house and it was like rain they were so thick ,,,green bug shit rain that is ,,,good thing i took to astro and not me pickem up

Found one...

This is one of the worst ones I've seen. Just imagine driving an ambulance about 80mph all day and the bugs that accumulate on the front of the box above the cab.

if it drys why would it work i would think it needs to stay moist to stop the sticking

That hurts my elbows and hands just thinking about all the elbow grease it took to scrub that truck clean.
