Everyone was raving about them , i gave them a try and didnt like them . they are for sale . Were too soft even at hard setting . Maybe its the extra weight of the QC !
I put them on along with a lowering kit about 2 years ago at Joe Donovans shop. Went road racing a few times and they made a world of difference, especially in the high speed (high-g) turns. Body lean decreased quite a bit. Had a different set of settings for drag race launchings then I think I found something nice for occasional driving on the street.
Bilsteins are better for everyday driving, the QA1's are good for road course and drag setups. I have yet to see a shock perform better than the Bilsteins for everyday driving.
Mine's a daily driver and I'm very happy with the QA-1s. Takes some time to dial them in and find the settings that work best for your truck, tires, and the roads you drive on, but I couldn't be happier.
