Yep, him and Paul Allen both. I know they both bought Porsche 959's when they first came out and had them shipped to the US. They could not be legalized, so they rented race tracks to drive them at.
I could be wrong, but if memory serves me right, he was also one of the first US buyers of the F1.
Not sure if he still collects cars or not after he got married. She may have re-directed his goals in that area.
Got to remember, he leads a very private life.
Well I just did some searching, and it appears that he does not own a F1. We do however have a shit load of billionares in that area, so one of them owns one.
