Simple Politeness: Post "hoe'ing"

Recently I've noticed that the forum has become fraught with impudence.

Like children butting in when the adults are talking, many of us have been guilty of chiming into topics in the most innane manner... (with comments that are just downright off the wall.......You know....silly and meaningless)....It's as if some members consider this a "free for all" or chat room rather than more of a "bulletin board" as it is intended (to be).

This juvenile brand of "ho'ing" really is a detrament to our forum and family here.....

The reason for this behavior may simply be that this family is so accepting of one another that we feel more welcome to "jump in" whenever we want to.... And while our great family atmosphere makes this more understandable, I submit that this behavior is both rude and disruptive ......

Let's offer more courtesy to others and "butt out" of conversations in which we have NOTHING to contribute and confine our blatherings to the Post Ho, F Word, or Bullshit threads where they belong....:eek:

:D Dont know whom you speak of but I hope im not in this and if i am pm the specifics to me. I know the family atmophere here and just want to be apart of the gang so just to make sure im apologizing if i did anything but cant think of much i would have said or done?:dontknow:

I see D's point and it's taken with the respect he deserves IMHO. So I will stay Off Topic for the most part and all of us Ho's need to do so as well...Outta repect :D

I am not here to ho up a thread, i guess the reason im curious about this thread is a few thoughts. I understand your point 100% but at the same time I took a little offense at the statement about young people in general. Im not try to incite a war here but yes if the shoe fits idea is understandable but theres plenty of hoin going on here all the time some useful and some not i just think im a little frustrated at the young people comment because no matter what yes some of us are stupid, naieve, what ever you want to say but not all of us are trying to be inconsiderate and or annoying. Some of us might just being trying to get attention or be noticed but i dont know. I normally dont give 2 sh**s about what people think or say and it doesnt affect me but if I do something to offend someone personally, not saying i did, anything or not, id appreciate a pm so i can or who ever can explain there actions and so fourth. I dont know but its just my little guys disease but well i just agree in general but not at a particualr group. just a thought is all im done.:dontknow: :)

I don't think he was targeting the younguns. He was making the statement that hoing up all the threads was a juvenile act.

I'm not at all sure why you believe I was targeting "young people" .

No where did I direct any specific language to any age bracket.

I used the words juvenile and childish if memory serves. But I had no intention on focusing on an age bracket.

This specific language was meant to categorize a behavior, not an age group.

EDIT:

If my concluding statement using the word "kids" is your point in question, It was used colloquially. It was not directed at onyone's youth.

In other words, "kids" is synonymous with "Y'all.....Dudes.. and all us MFrs"......
