Sirius and the RBQ

Hey I've got a external Sirius radio. I just upgraded units hoping for better FM reception. No go even with a external FM transmitting antenna.

No matter what channel I put it on I get alot of noise. Is there a way to hook it up like a Ipod, or is the best way to tie right into the antenna jack.

Yes there is. You need an fm direct adapter. The model number is dei fmda25. You will also need a metra 40cr10 and a metra 40cr20. This adapts the new chrysler antennas with the aftermarket ones.

This should work also, if you do not have a cd cahnger, it hooks directly to the back of the radio, and gives you RCA plugs. you could plug anything into these.

Now i have the Nav in my truck. I just ran into the same problem yesterday. I get horrible static from the FM station. Will this work on the Nav unit too? Thanks
