Site Keeps Going Down...

I have only been able to access from my iPhone? Work computer won't go to site and it's not admin. Locking me out? Weird.....since yesterday about 10a.m. Central time?

Yes it did. I can see the VTCoA site using Chrome now. Every time I tried before it acted like it wanted to download something. I cleared my cache and it started acting normally. But like Jake said, I did my cache, cookies and history just to be sure. It's one of the three that's messing things up.
 
i ain't been able to quickly get into this site for a few days.

comes up some kind of error message
 
I had a problem a couple days ago, try this, delete your bookmark for the site, then rebookmark it. Solved my issue.
 
I cleared the history and cookies I think. No more places I visit in history or pulldown. How do I clear the cache? Still cannot get on there? Says waiting for Vtcoa.com to respond? It never does but goes to the Internet explorer help diagnose section? Tried everything there but clean cache?
