Smog in PA??

Anyone know how strict the smog is in PA compared with smog in CA.:dontknow:
Im moving to PA next month.
and was hoping I could remove my cats.

Dream on Bro, gotta have them to pass inspection, or know someone that will overlook that part of the inspection

so they only do a visual inspection??

Visual inspection and for OBD3 they will check for codes...no codes and it passes. OBD2 and earlier cars have to go thru a dyno run with a sniffer test.

My Jeep almost failed last inspection cuz of the Magnaflo..Its supposed to have 3 cats, but only has 2..They let it go...I guess in the next year or so, its supposed to get worse..computerized records linked to a VIN number and such so Im told..

It all depends on who and where you take your truck to...My brother in law runs a garage so I kind of luck out I guess, all my cats are comin off by May
