it's either a milk snake (non poisonous) or a coral snake (poisonous)

i think...

milk is orange/black/yellow

and coral is black/yellow/orange on the rings...

i think i'm remembering that right...

it's hard to tell with your crappy phone:aetsch:

looked at coral snake, It wasnt that yellow, more tan

you guys keep yelling coral snake (and no offence to the snake lovers) Im gonna hunt it down with the shovel.

Really don't think it is a coral though.

Coral or king snakes are in florida.....Coral is deadly poisonous King is non poisonous....If Black touches yellow can kill a fellow( better check that saying for verification about the coral snake) Don't mess with either type is the best policy..

i bet my truck it's not a copperhead....

but remember this, wes...

Red next to black is a friend of Jack; red next to yellow will kill a fellow." referring to the bands of color...

black is between red and yellow... so no coral.
I'm smart enough to stay away, but got to dogs that go outback.

Looks like a red milk snake to me.

I'm to use to the black snakes down here... refered to as a water moccasin

from wiki...

The Milk Snake (Lampropeltis triangulum; French: Couleuvre tachetée; Spanish: Culebra-real coralillo)[1] is a species of king snake. There are 25 subspecies among the milk snakes, including the commonly named scarlet kingsnake (L. t. elapsoides).[1]

thought so...;)
