so i replaced my battery.....

now my cd player thinks there is no cds in it and its right full. i've tried hitting the dash,hooking and unhooking the battery and pressing all the buttons on the stupid thing. is it screwed or what? if i need to replace it is the an aftermarket deck that works with the factory steering wheel controls?

Well after looking at mine, just now, there is a load/eject button. don't need the key on either ,just push that button and pick a number of cd to eject or a number to load. if that don't work, remove deck and slam on floor in frustration ! Not good for much else!! before slamming it, check for a reset button on the back. I have a spare radio , an RB4 Nav. unit with antenna. doesn't do much good here is canada. cheap!:rock:
