My guess would have been that they told you that its not a Bobcat, but actually a skid steer.

Sorry, just one of my pet peeves. Bobcat is a brand. Kinda like calling a snowmobile a Skidoo, a tissue a Kleenex, or cotton swabs a Q-tip, etc.

It was a Bobcat brand whatever you call it. No tracks, Painted white with a hint of some dirt color.
