Well. Some hella cool kids from this wonderful state of California decided to steal my jeep srt8 on Halloween night. they only made it a few miles down the road where they lost control and hit either a pole or tree. part that sucks is that I just put in a built 426 and got it dialed in. many late nights and having my kids help out was the best part. I still don't know if they are going to total her out. I know I am gonna loose big time if they do. I provided tons of receipts to my insurance already. do I have a say in what they value the jeep and all they aftermarket add-ons? can I fight if they decide to total it put?

either way I might put the truck back together and sell. gonna get a hellcat .

My dad was t-boned in his truck last year and we had recently replaced a ton of parts. With some arguing they paid the book value plus what parts and labor for what we had literally just finished a week before. Good luck.

Sorry to hear, I hope you make out okay on the insurance.

My Dad had his GTO stolen after a couple years that we put $$$ in it and
with just reciepts Nationwide (our carrier) took care of the value + what
we put in it minus some depreciation.

Anything is possible if you get a decent Adjuster. If you've got a good
relationship with your agent they can even help out some. This is just
my honest opinion and experience in the matter and in no way is professional
    advice or speculation.
