I discovered this place watching Tony Bourdain's TV show, NO RESERVATIONS.

Anthony is a world traveler and world class, award winning chef from NYC.

His program features cuisine from all over the planet...from the most bizzare tribal and native foods in the jungles of Borneo to the four star fare in the finest restaurants in the capitols of the world.

Last week he visited the Pacific Northwest... near the end of the show, he'd saved the best for last and visited a small business in Seattle called Salumi. It's owners are Armadino Bitale (father of top chef Mario Bitale). When Armandino retired from Boeing, he fullfilled his lifelong dream of going to Italy and studying the timeless art of cured meats.

Armandino's hot sopressada and salumi salami are timeless treasures of this art..... I highly recommend them...along with all the fine products at Salumi....
