Yesterday I was getting gas. Keep in mind im in Iraq. As I am getting gas this guy comes running out. He is going nuts...He yells at me to STOP! I am like freaking out. He then said, you have to put the catch pan under the nozzle when your fueling in case gasolin sprays onto the ground. I said, are you serious? Do you realize where we are bro, I said. This stuff is in the ground by the billions of barrels and your worried about a few drops going back into the ground? I just laughed and shook my head. So after that I took notice to all the MRAPS and other military vehicles that have oil catch pans under them while they are parked...I will have to get a few pics....it really is hillarious and very ironic.....

Things sometimes get a little crazy...when flying...part of the pre-flight routine is to extract a little fuel to check for water and other contaminants...throwing that on the tarmac can get you a hefty fine these days.
