Well houston just woke up to a snow covered town!!!

I know this may not be big news ffor most of yall, but this is only the 3rd time I have seen snow(born here 21 years ago), and this is the best it has ever snowed, it stuck to just about everything. I should have some pics later on this morning....

no doubt, I lived in SW Louisiana for 27yrs and have seen snow 1 time in 1987, and now that I've moved farther north to DFW it goes and snows about 2in back home last night. Damn the luck.....

The space shuttle transport plane is in a holding pattern around elington field waiting for clearnce to land, they have to de-ice the runway... LOL They have been flying around for about 45 min. now with a fighter escort...

They are talking about us getting snow at 1000' next week. That's a pretty low elevation for snow in SoCal heheh. We had snow about 3 or 4 years ago that actually stuck for a couple hours, at least on the sides of hills out of the sun.
