I have been waiting a year and a half now for my first kill! I got my chance today finaly. Now the rest of the story, a lil black cobra pulled me badly, hurt my feelings pretty bad. He miss shifted to fouth and I still couldn't catch him. WE went from a 30 mph roll and he pulled me 3 or 4 car lengths by the time I was deep into 4th. It was a friend of mine, in one of his customers cars that he had repaired. Man that thing would fly. He said it had pully , chip, injectors, throttle body and cai. I am stock except for cat delete and magnaflows. I felt real dam stock after he walked on me.
Can't win em all I guess ! Losing sux !!!
 
Depending what size pulley I would guess he is making at least 440 at the wheels, so don't worry about the loss and keep modding!
 
The first reversed kill that I was at the short end of was also some hopped up Stang. That silver one tore me a new ass and made a loud whining sound from the engine in the process. I took off first from a dead stop and had him beat for all about 100 feet until he caught up and said bye bye. I was PISSSSSED when he stuck his arm out his window and did this..:rock: But oh well, can't take 'em all... unless you call the number Nowwhat posted..

:withstupid: Yup...happened to me tooo.....them Cobras are FAST with the pulley change....I raced one that claimed 11.0 on slicks...he beat me by 3 lengths, but that was before the flash, Meth, VEC, Caltracs, etc.... I beat a bunch of Cobras and Vettes stock tho...
 
If it makes you feel better, even STOCK Lightnings (Tune, Pulley, Intake, and Exhaust) can lose to Cobras...;)

Thanks guys for the tips ! I'm just glad I wasn't the only one to get cobra bit .
