Spare Battery Tray Holes

After removing the spare battery tray, what did you guys use to fill in the holes at the top of the fender well and where did you get them?

Sprayed bolts black and put em back in.........

Is there anyone that did not put the bolts back in and still has them???? Mine were/are missing when I bought the truck.....actually all the bolts etc. to reinstall the factory spare battery box and CAI.....
