Spare Tire ??? Ghetto or Gravey

I just got 4 Spankin new tires, Soo dont suppose i will be needing my spare all that much. I mean i can just as easly call AAA.

Would taking it off be a worthwile weight reduction. Or would it just cause me to have even less traction than i do now
