alright guys I just got my NGK plugs in today and i wanted to know what to gap them to they are the BKR7EIX-11 MY SETUP IS IN MY SIG. I know i heard from someone that I dont have to gap them but i just want to make sure

I think they are factory set ar 44 and they don't suggest you gap them. I took mine right out of the box and into the cylinder head. No problems.

Spark Plug Gap for the Gen. III Viper Engine: .033" to .038"
(source: 2005 Dodge Ram SRT-10 Service Manual)

I have mine at .035".

Yeah, I think they are gapped to .045 from the factory.
You probably would be fine leaving them there. You could always pull them back out and regap them.
What application are you going to use them for?

Anywhere from .032 -.045, depending on the use would work. I don't know if anyone has the magic number for these. I highly doubt that they will get blown out at .045, and probably good combustion at .035. Shoot for the middle and let us know?

I gapped my smaller for a different application.

Bone's plugs were 0.30", but he was running a bunch of power-adder gear.

With a N/A Gen. 3 Viper engine:
- .030" - .040" = B Team.
- .035" - .036" = A Team.
:D

Advance Auto is showing gap of .044
You can go with Advance Auto or...... the 2005 Dodge Ram SRT-10 Service Manual.
Your call. :D

I don't believe there would be a gap change between the 05's and 06's, as they both use the same Gen. III engine.
Someone with a 2006 service manual will have to confirm that.

I just slapped them in with the out of the box gap and the truck runs a hell of alot better then it did before.
