sparkling wine

ice cold and chill the glass, it will be sweet, Cava from spain is much better and around $10.00

yeah first time i had wine it was bitter, i didnt like it. and have not had it for 6 years. i wanted to try it again, so i went with "bubbly"

i cant believe how cheap it is. it was like $13 a bottle! the most expensive i saw was only about $40.

If you want to try a wine that is sweet and chilled, try a dessert wine like moscato by Mondavi or a late harvest Reisling.

Spumante is definitely Italian, probably you got a bad cheap one :)

I wonder what kinda of crap did they send over the pond, assuming it has ever seen Italy :)

chilled of course

let's post a pic of the bottle!

Best Asti are Martini or Cinzano... you can't go wrong with them

Listen to this man!

He knows spirits (and owns many stores that sell fine beverages), and he knows cigars...to say nothing of his knowledge of vehicles!

not knowing wine, what should i pay for a bottle?
how long will it keep after i open it?
About 18 for this bottle. It's very small, only a dessert wine. Get two decent size glasses out of it. Very sweet wine.

my wife likes Australian Chardonnay.Yellow Tail I think its called. .Kendall Jackson is pretty good also she says..I will stick with Vodka..

I've always had luck with cheap wines between $10-$20 range, especially starting out and finding which ones, reds or whites, you like best. Yellow Tail is good too. Don't know how long you can keep wines with the cork out though, that may be an individual quality of the wine.
