I am gonna do this kinda quick tonight, post up a little summary and then some pics

but after the clutch is removed
install the new flywheel , add some blue loctite to the flywheel bolts, trq to 55 ft lbs
install the new disc, install the alignment tool, then install the new pressure plate
more blue loctite then trq to 200 inch lbs

next install the slave cylinder on the transmission, then remove the alignment tool and install tranny.
fill with fluid of your choice mine is redline d4, driveshaft install,
and if you are doing the upgrade install the new mastercylinder, connect bleed and your good to go.

now this is Mr. Stevens tranny, it was upgraded with cryoed gears, and rem polished gears, next we did the new master / slave upgrade, this is a new slave with billet parts so they can withstand the heat and pressure, also comes with a new bearing
you also get longer carbon braided lines , one to the master, one for bleeding, that has a fast bleeder on the end.
(now this fast bleeder, you basically very lightly loosen it up, then you depress the pedal, let up , it has a check valve inside and will not let air in) I bleed the system in 5 minutes by myself.

next you have a new 7/8 bore wilwood master cylinder, with our own tooled rod and aluminum adjuster, this way you can adjsut where the pedal will be, it is also machined for the ign switch that allows you to depress the clutch and crank the vehicle.
also there is a billet aluminum adapter to adapt the master to the firewall

you will notice too in the pics the new lines are alot longer allowying one to route them very clear of the exhaust to help reduce heat problems

all parts are 6061 billet aluminum except for the slave parts which are a heavier grade aluminum,

I will get more pics of the rod and slave tomorrow

I can tell you this, with the rem polishing this was one tight sweet shifting trans, no more loose noodle for sure:laugh:

Tony when you get a chance send me a price on a Super Twin P-trim kit, all your master/slave upgrades, and a shifter. Shifter with no writing on it please.

:rock::rock::rock:

so what are we looking at price wise on the master/slave setup and the trans? also does the trans include ungraded sycros and brass shift pads?

if you'd learn how to drive, you'd be able to say that anyways:aetsch:

how many times have you screwed up your front bumper ,,this year i wont have the honda accord drag rims ,,,at least i earned my first place trophy last year unlike some who got a pity trophy :thefinger:

it's not pity for me... a trophy's a trophy bitch:D

and smashing my truck and being a good driver are two different things:D

no no no ,,smashing your truck repeatedly make you a sorry ass driver ,,besides just ask Cody what he thinks of your driving lol:aetsch:

Hey Tony, quick question for those of us that have a line lock where your adapter goes where would we mount the reservoir? Very interested in the hydraulics PM me price please.

the price is $499, right now we include a bracket which is actually part of a line lock braket, but we are getting some new brackets cut that will support the line lock and the resevior, the guy we get to waterjet items right now is seriously backed up with more $ making jobs, but he hopes to get to them soon
