ok its not a srt-10 but it is a magnum ten ,,

i have a 3/4 ton with a spicer 70 in it ,,,i was thinking the ujoints might be bad cause when i go in reverse i fell a small hesitaition sort of ,feels like a real bad ujoint were it like skips a bit ,,,but i replaced the ujoints even though after removal they looked real good ,,

i also feel it a bit if im driving real slow and turn the wheel ,,it has a limited slip diff in it,,, is this what im feeling or does it sound like a rear axel bearing going bad ,,,driving straight and 70 plus miles per hour i dont feel anything:dontknow:

you need to pull the cover, you may have a tooth missing on the ring gear, or too much play between the pinion and ring due to bad bearings

;)

i would pull the cover jsut to check, it may be an easy fix good sir, the 70 series isnt too bad to deal with

It also might just be the limited slip clutch pack. Did you say it was limited slip?? Anyhow, not to bad to repair. Think it would be less than a pick a part and you may end up the same or worse with that.
