Spotted a 10---maybe

Morning donut run and spotted what I think was a 10. :dontknow: Our hood, our front bumper but had what looked like a Daytona wing and black decal on the rear fender running up over the wing. RC and gray. Spotted on Hwy 380--14 miles east of Denton TX at Savannah Texas. Any thoughts and nay registered gray 10’s in my area?

Maybe a RC Daytona???? They have our hoods and similar front bumper....Just a thought.

Might be a Daytona I'm thinkin.

Was behind a black quad cab that said SRT-10 on the back the other day...no cladding. I pull along side at the light. It has Ram SRT then below that RAW SRT 505 and Viper badges all over. My sis in law rolls the window down in the durango and asks "Does it have the Viper engine?" He hung his head in clear shame and said No. I can understand using the cladding for styling(which he did not) but SRT and/or Viper powered all over??? Prolly spent more on ebay Viper powered badges then some of us paid for our trucks.

Was it Silver or Gray? Daytona were either black and silver or silver and black and the only truck to share our hood factory except it was a blocked ram air snorkel.
Coulda been a Mineral Gray 06'?

Shorty, Sounds like you seen a Daytona, possibly with an SRT front bumper.. Was it Gray or Silver?


As to the BS badging on stuff, BIG pet peeve of mine.. One of the few things that for some reason really bugs me..

I find it somewhat sad when folks feel the need to badge something that it is clearly not..
This guy for example badges his non SRT to the hilt with SRT and Viper badging. While many of us, including myself take all that badging off our REAL SRTs..

And even without all the badging I'm STILL asked about the truck and many even ask for a glimpse under the hood...

I see guys do this with Mustangs and Camaros too.. With the Cobra/ SVT and SS/Z28 badging.. I just dont' get it.. It is what it is why try and front and look poser??

Hell, half the population doesn't know the difference anyway..
