squeaking metal sound

Hey Guys, i've been trying to figure out a problem for a while
now and was hoping if i share i might be able to get some help.

Since i bought this 1979 chevy K20 i've noticed when the truck is at
running temp., if i get on it i get a squeaky metal sound coming
from the truck. I've narrowed it down to the trans/t-case because if
i rev the engine from park i don't get the sound cold or warm.
Also, when i get on it and the engine is cold the trans/t-case
won't make this sound. I checked the fluid level in the t-case
and the tranny and they are both fine. The tranny if anything is
a little over filled. Do you guys have any idea why the TH350
or the NP 203 would make this noise? Also, my drivers side
front hub makes a whizzing sound in 4hi but not in 4hi lock.
I plan on doing a part time conversion some time in the future
so i'm not real worried about the hubs but that might clue some
of you as to why it might make that horrible squeaking metal sound.
I think it's just weird it only happens when i get on it. I realize
this is a viper truck forum but i've asked the rock crawlin
guys and no one seems to know what might be wrong.. figure
maybe some of you guys are closet chevy heads

hmmm i was told that the transmission was just rebuilt and i
have receipts but i'll pull the pan and check it out.

More worried about the transfer case.......how many miles on it????

no idea rough estimate of about 130-150k. I replaced the rear
output shaft seal and changed the fluid out and the bearings in
the rear casing looked fine with no abnormal wear. I assume
it's working properly. I don't get chain slap and the full time
4wd works well. Got to test it today out in the field :rock:

Hey Joe what's going on man? thanks for the offer bro i'll
let you know when i get into that transmission if i need a new
