Stock OEM. Milage is 25k but I don't think that matters because ( correct me if I am wrong ) the gauges have to be flashed with your vin.

yea but you can put it in and not flash it and have some lights on and run miles up on that and then put the old one back in and no miles my bro did it on his last truck

It's the whole cluster and I believe it's out of a 04. I won't have pics for a few days.
