Came home for lunch today and since i don't have cable i sat and watched some court TV. "Judge Alex" was on and there was one guy suing another because the second guy had punched his truck. Turns out the truck was none other than a Yellow Fever! there were a couple of nice dents, and in the end the defendant had to pay $3000.
Don't suppose that SRT 10 owner is a member of this forum? he looked fairly young (early 20's at the most)

"You are found guilty on the charge of assaulting a truck......

Pay the baliff 3 grand, butthole............"

D

hehehehehehehehe

If some insufferable jaggoff punched #1900 for whatever reason, I'd be on court TV as the smuggly smiling defendant standing across from a badly battered, slightly crooked, neck brace wearing plantiff...

:laugh:HEH HEH, That's funny to me..

ud be the plaintiff if u were suing him....

Maybe he had a better chance at walking away from the truck then the owner...but hell his wallet is a bit thinner due to him being a dumb ass!

I remember doing a burnout and there was a guy and his gal with a custom harley and he wanted to take me to court for chipping his paint.....I thought to myself if he didn't enjoy the smoke show he could have always drove away!

Sometimes I think now before I act.....but at the end of the day that bike was no match for my truck if he tried to run me down LOL!

Why did the Dirtball punch his truck anyway?

not really sure what all was involved (i caught it half way through) but the defendant said the guy with the SRT was trying to run him over and he jumped out of the way, got spun around and thats how he hit the truck and made the dents. that didnt seem reasonable because of where the dents were, plus in the police report the cop stated : "When i asked the suspect about the incident he said, I didnt hit nothing, I then informed the suspect that I had not yet asked him about hitting anything"

I bet a woman was involved!

There was a female witness on the defendants side, not sure if she was the root cause though ;)
