SRT-10 VS SRT-8

I just found out there is a Charger SRT-8 in town. I talked to him today and we are going to race them Friday night. It is stock with only a few hundred mile on it. Mine is an 04 with stage II flash and 4:56 gears. I think it should be a good run. He is a hell of a nice guy. I will let you all know how it turns out.

You should beat him if you can hit your shifts and race from a roll. The Charger isn't going to run 13.2 bone stock with a few hundred miles on it. It should be around 13.4-13.6

I am going to get him to run from a roll as well as from dead stop. I usually do well with my shifts but have missed third one time. I think it will be close, but we will see Friday.

I have raced my folks Charger SRT-8. at that time I had 900ish miles and the Charger had around 3500. I have StageII, magnaflow exhaust and panel filter. I could jump him almost a full truck length and would hold that distance up to about 80ish MPH, after 80 or 3rd gear he would close that gap and at 95ish we were dead even.

Up here in the clouds that is about what we would trap at in the 1/4 mile. we would stay in it up to about 115 where he would then have 2 full car lenghts on me.

I was happy with my truck..I will race him again once I get more miles on it.
