*EDIT WITH LEGAL INFO* A bill of sale is all that is required by Florida law for a "long rifle" (this gun has a 16" barrel). Fed Ex says this gun is not a hazardous item and can be shipped normally.

With my pending move I'm looking to sell some things that I really dont use and this is the last of them.

This assault rifle is just under a year old and had only had 50 rounds through it to sight it and the EOTech 552 in. It has 4 rail pictany rails (stock ones included), vertical hand grip, EOTech 552 (military and police only version with night vision capability), front and rear iron sights (rear is layed down in pic), 6 position collapsible stock, serrated birdcage flash hider for CQB (standard included and currently installed), one 30 round mag, plastic foam lined case, and all paperwork for parts.

I'm not sure about the legalities of selling and shipping a fully functional firearm so maybe someone can help me out with that.

$1,000 for everything (Total cost to me was about $1,500 so this is a good deal on a "new" gun)

In FL, it's considered a "rifle" or "Long-arm".... It can be transfered with a bill of sale. For other states, it's different. I would, however, do the exchange through a local FLL (Licensed Firearms Dealer).... just to be safe. They usually only charge to $10 or so to run the paperwork.

Yeah...I bought the EOTech and rifle on base so passing the good AAFES prices on to the site.

Wish I had the cash! I just went through a 4 day SWAT class last week and we shot the hell out of AR-15's with EOTech's. That alone should sell the gun for you. Good Luck. Let me know if you don't sell it quick, I have a bunch of deputies that would chomp at the bits for that.

I sent word over the phone to my LT at the sheriff's office and will check to see if anyone needs one. Two of them just bought one and one has one on lay a way. Keep me updated if it sells.

I originally was going to take a class at Blackwater and was awaiting a position in one of their new aviation programs but they are having legal complications with "offensive" aircraft. I've decided to go a different route with my career after the AF and shooting the rifle won't happen much. I'm keeping my Glock 17 with TLR2 for home defense.

EMT....I have an interested party but if I've learned nothing else in selling something it's this. Money talks. I've had too many people in the past say they want something, I hold it, and they back out. So whomever commits first, it's theirs.

You cant sell the gun to a person in another state without going thru a licensed gun dealer in that state. I am a licensed dealer if you have someone in TN that wants to buy. They have to come to me to get the gun. The only fee would be the $10 TBI background check.

The ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearm) federal agency sets the laws for the whole country...states can have tougher laws (some exception) but at minimum must conform to federal law.

ok....just found something similar. I'll add to my initial post.

*EDIT* It's too late for me to edit my original post. The purchasing individual has to coordinate the sale of the firearm for anyone out of the state of florida. This is usually done by any local firearms dealer, like TNT said, for a small fee.

Nice Black Rifle, outstanding price!

All it needs is a SureFire M900 and it'd be perfect (IMO). I can't believe what those things are going for now...pre-9/11-Iraq/Afghanistan they were under $400 all day, now they're $600 if you can even get your hands on one...

I had the GG&G folding front sight and pop-up M.A.D rear sight along with their single point sling attachment...THAT was a sweet burner!
