Startup Knock

I took a video trying to catch my idle issue and the squeeling sound (which of course did not happen because I had a camera) but I still wanted to use the vid to see if any others have this knocking sound on startups, idle only. Trucks been sitting for two days here and does not make this sound once warm. Thoughts? (might have to wear headphones to really hear it)

Na, just put it there to keep the mods off my back actually. And THANK YOU Captain Obvious, Im not sure how I would make it without you. Remember when I said I dont have bi-xenons? And thats why its throwing the lamp out indicator? Well, I was assuming that you would be able to figure out from that, that I either 1. Knew that or 2. Didnt want bi-xenon in the first place. But I guess you're a special guy

I was thinking more like broken crankshaft, cracked piston (all of them), fractured camshaft, and destroyed lifters and springs. Easy fix

If it means anything I wore headphones and barely heard a little tick. I'm no mechanic but is your truck in the garage and it just amplifies certain sounds of the motor as they echo? I'd say it sounded pretty normal to me..

remove the belt and check for loose pulleys or balancer. just a thought ... sounds metallic if you listen close belt tensioner maybe
