I feel the pain. I too am trying to pass inspection in Spokane WA. Been there twice second time I drove it 100 miles on highway and half hour in town still have areas not reporting. Its been sitting all winter and gets driven very little when weather is good. Dealer says I have to drive it more under normal conditions? The way I see it I have spent more time trying to please the computer than myself so screw them I will drive it without the sticker and the license tab.

Evap still would not go "ready", but one is okie dokie.

Just got mine inspected today. It passed, but the evap was "not ready". Not sure exactly why the evap test was not ready, but it seems to be common.
