Started the whole process on Saturday when I spent about 2 hours installing some RAAMmat on the passenger door. Sunday I did the Drivers side. Tonight I will run some new 14awg wire for the speakers and try to mount my Polk mids. Here are some pics so far, let me know what you think or if you have any suggestions!

And so it begins:
The subs will be here later on...

I covered the inside of the door first

Installed a metal mesh to cover the large holes to give the RAAMmat something to stick to

This is the first time using a sound deadener. There is a night and day difference now when I tap on the front doors and then tap on the back doors. The down side is that stuff can be a little messy!:toilet:

good man! I love it when people listen to logic and reason. you're going to love the outcome!!!! PM me if you need any help tuning.

I'll be starting on my install soon. Pioneer Premier USB head unit, Premier component set, Phoenix Gold amp and JL Audio 10w6v2 sub. Should be a masive improvement ovet the stocker, my detailer that washes it weekly blew the sub. Dirty mexicans :)

Nice, looks like a fun project. Im gtn ready for a thumper also. How many subs are you going to run & what size. I was thinking 3 10's would hit hard.

Thanks guys... So far it is going slower than I thought it was going to be. I hope the rest will go by quicker!

I bought a probox from Texas Yellow Fever and it should be coming soon. I got the loaded version with 2 12s. Can't wait for it all to be done!
