I just put a sticker on my Back window last nite and now its all bubbled. I sprayed the window with soap and water before I put it on so Im not sure if its water or air trapped in the sticker...:dontknow:

My question is how do I get them out with actually poking holes in the sticker.....Do I just wait it out or should I take a blow dryer to the sticker and try to smooth them out????:dontknow:

TIA!!

the only way I know how to is take a sewing needle poke a hole then work from the outsied in towards the hole to get the air out, nothing else that you said will work, sorry Kris.

If it a water applied decal...let it dry in the sun for a day...if there are any left over "pockets"... poke them with a needle, then smooth them out with a drivers license, credit card, ect. Should be good to go, and the holes should not be noticeable.

if you're afraid that the needlepricks will show in the sticker , you may drill holes in your backwindow. The result remains the same.

hehe, i'm over the pond :aetsch: ;)

Better watch it Wafflehouse...my next deployment is to Europe!

BTW...Ken your idea is working very well! I put her out in the sun and the bubbles are disappearing! Thanx Mang!:D:D:D

well, from a technical standpoint the bubbles are just the extra HP you trapped
when you put it on.. so my suggestion is not to poke the bubbles as you will
loose all that HP the sticker is holding back...

Total HP of sticker = (Dia. of bubble \ Num. of bubbles) * 45HP (all stickers are the same)

hoped that helped :D
