Sticky Transmission lever

Hi all,
I have noticed that sometimes my gear lever is sticky from "P" to "R" and you have to give it a little tug. I don't want it to "go" under pressure if that's what would happen, but is this normal?
The rest of the gears go in absolutely no problem, it just seems a bit tight maybe?

Seems the only way to fix this problem is to convert to the t-56. Sorry man. It's the ONLY way.
