Stock Cats

Hello all, I just recently purchased an 04 rc srt-10. It has 1400 miles on it and I had to bring it in for service because the cats failed is what they told me. Anyone else have this problem. The truck ran like it was running out og gas. Any recommendations.

cut them off or gut them out and gain hp, and it will sound better

Its an 04.........warranty is just about done or gone already...........get yourself some catless mids and never have that problem again. There have been several threads over the years about damaged motors due to clogged cats!!! With only 1400 miles, thats just BS that they failed. I would loose em.

get catless mid, like mopar headers or another that have catless and magnaflow exhaust that would sound great!! or.... u would buy a new cat if that is your opinion
