stock stall speed

does anyone know what the stock stall speed is on the QC's torque converter? and how much of a difference would it make to upgrade to a higher speed one?

I've heard two different answers on this one.
1) 1400-1500 and
2) 2000.

I have a 2500 and it is a world of difference. Definitely the single best mod I have done so far in terms of acceleration. I know there are a few others with 2400-2600 stalls.

I had 1500 stock one, and when I had the tranny built for the SuperCharger I had them install a custom made billet one with 2300 stall on it... its makes a world of difference!

hey chad, Ive been in florida since tuesday, and I'm getting the headers installed today at true performance in sarasota. Still waiting for the vec3, meth injection, and lowering kit to arrive.
