When I got my truck the back seat sub was gone... im told the man was an older guy (assuming he didn't like loud noise) anyway... would a stock sub be worth trying to get?? That is if I could... if I couldn't get the stock one I proly wouldn't worry about it

You can probably pick one up fairly cheep,But i think it is just a temporary fix.Several members have had trouble with them,And also the OEM 6-disk head units.I went this direction after going through 2 head units.

i have a stock sub speaker you can have (if all you can find is the box)...its out of my RC,i assume its the same size:dontknow:

I get compliments on my stock stereo all the time!! It is a damn good sounding stereo when sub works
Now yes, I've had $4k systems that sound way better, for stock it jams harder than any stereo I've heard!:dontknow:
