Is possible to loose an international customer (founder of a US club) for a fu****g piston ???

That's the fact : I bought last year in April a KB rotating assembly for a 383 corvette engine. I'm installing it now, and i found a piston that is not correct, is smaller ....4.020, istead of 4.030.
I've contacted CNC- motorsport, where I bought a kit, and they said that they cannot change it, becouse the warranty is no more available.
This is incredible ! NEW pistons, never used.
I'm very upset with cnc-motorsport.
( I wrote in copy also to KB).
