Stupid question about 06 Colors

Is the Night Runner and Black SRT's the same black?

For 06, yes unless it was one of the early ones that still had the gloss black color. I dont think any night runners were made in the gloss black either.

My truck is just the black clearcoat and there were only 69 made (or sold) in the US

Is your truck a NR? If not, my statement is correct still. I stated that some of the early 06's were the gloss black, not the brilliant black color the NR's are.

Polished rims, chrome headlights..... not a NR.

He had different rims originally I think when he got it from Nana. The headlights are easy swap. So Its possible but not probable I guess. But the original question was if NR is same color as reg SRT in 06. That was what I was answering.

Get someone with on 06 Night Runner to look at the drivers side door sticker and get the paint code.

Do the same thing with the Black 06 and the Clear Coat Black and see how different the codes are

PX8 is the code for regular black. PXR is the color for brilliant black pearlcoat. These are located on the driver door inner shell.

The NRs are brilliant black...same as the other black 06s except for the first 69 made...maybe they were getting rid of left over paint..:dontknow: ...someone said they had a gloss black NR but could not get any details from him so not sure if he knew what he was talking about..

My truck was never a NR. It was one of the first 06's made, and its just plain black clearcoat...
