Stanimal said:you will need to run a adapter from your rear speakers or change the head unit. pretty much it would be easier to start from scratch. you really cant use the stock wiring. espically the power and grounds. most aftermarket amps need at LEAST 8 gauge wire and should have 4 gauge
Texas Yellow Fever said:...or, you COULD get a 600 RMS amp with speaker level inputs, mount it under your driver's seat extend the wires from under the center console that used to go to the factory amp as inputs to the new amp. Then run a power wire and run new speaker wires under the carpet to your brand new shiny PROBOX with dual 12 inch subs...works pretty well, actually...![]()

Anyways, I was told that you can't upgrade the amp and keep the same speakers.
So I went with two pioneer P3S 10" subs under the back seat and changed out all the door speakers with alpine. I have two 500 watt amps. 1 for the subs and 1 for the door speakers.
I also had 2 Rockford Fosgate tweeters put in the dash where the Infinity dash speakers were.
My shit RAWKS HARD!!!
Oh...and I had an Alpine DVD flip up installed in the dash w/ and IPOD adapter that is in the hidden compartment.![]()
