Start with the belt first before changing all the drive pulleys as it is cheap. Just be prepared to cuss and scream as they are bitch to put a new one in due to the limit room you have to move the tensioner because of the fan.

Bearing in waterpump is also a possibility if it hasn't already been mentioned. My hemi would chirp on start up when starting and sometimes when shutting the truck off. I couldn't see a visable leak, chirp was gone with a new pump.
