I just intalled new leaf bushings as well as caltracs. I plan on installing the belltech lowering shackle but its a rough fit with the new bushings and i will get it to fit later. I also removed the overload spring while i was in there. The problem is the driver side sits more than an inch lower than the passanger. I tried loosening everything and bouncing up and down, and loosening it a bit and taking it over a couple bumps but nothing. I have the preload off right now until i can get it fixed. Any other suggestions?

i have noticed this on some truck with rear leafs. it just seems one leaf is just sagging. only suggestion i can say is have your leafs resprung. maybe that will help.

good luck

time and time again , and no offense sparky, but they all will sag a bit, the tank is on that side, and 90% of the time the driver only is in the truck so most of the wiehgt is on that side, so over time the drivers side will sag from a 1/4 inch on over the miles and time,

I appreciate it. It's looking better. I loosened everything up a drove it a bit over some speed bumps and rough road and it was evened out a bit. Less than a inch difference now. I appreciate it. Once i get the new belltech shackles in I will post a how to for anyone getting ready to use aftermarket bushings and the lowering shackles because they do not fit easily (at all right now).
