John you are experiencing what I do in college...we get a lot of students that think they know everything...it is a long process, and requires patience to get people to open their minds, explore new ideas, be tolerant of different cultures, ideas, concepts and ways of looking at things. Yes, easy cure with the truck. Take off your headers. Suckle the exhaust ports on the heads for about 5 secs at 2000 RPM, or 2 secs at 5569 RPMS. You will have no more problems with your flu!

Probably gain 6-9 HP on your truck too.
