T56 Reverse UPDATE

So the trans is out and some what apart. This is what I found. The 1st pic is part #77 the roller bearing on the shaft and the 2nd is it removed. I pulled the reverse gear off and the teeth look good I guess. This is where I need help. I got the snap ring off for the reverse synchronizer and the reverse shift fork but the synchronizer doesn't want to come off. So my question is what step am I missing to take off the shift fork and synchro to replace the pads that are destroyed on it.

It will come off, maybe persuade it a little bit.
 
Hey guys I need some help. On the Tremec breakdown, part number 68 the thrust washer, I can't seem to remember pulling this off when I removed everything. I am reassembling it and its defiantly not laying around. I guess my question is there even one in our transmission. I know I didn't pull a speed gear off so there are differences in the diagram.
