So I'm watching the news a while back and I see more California money troubles... etc... etc... and we're laying off a rediculous amount of teachers, it said like 200 or something maybe more?

News lady closes that story up... and in other news San Diego has announced development for the new 30 million dollar library..:dontknow:

I was like WTF!!! How do you take money from education that pumps things into kids heads(physical teachers that account for the childs presence and make them turn in homework, apply discipline, etc...) and give it to the library where books sit waiting for someone to come rent it(which has basically turned into the interet service for the local homeless...) so basically the homeless are getting a new facility to watch videos on the internet and guard (because there's so many of them it scares away other people from actually going) the books...

Actually, you have to learn how it was funded....

If it was from a bond that was put on the ballet, and appoved through the voting process. The money collected to fund the bond can only be used for that project.

Bonds are usually set up years in advance, time were probably good when it was done. The economy will not change how the bond is spent.
