Under the current configuration, I can't limit the number of selections one can make. So this would be the two options

Just leave it at one vote per person


or


Just the way it is in the sample and people can vote for 1 or more. If they vote for all 11, in essence, they voided there own vote.

I like the multi vote idea, puts the unknown back in the process

Here is an option for you Jeff.

If you want to allow multiple choices, make it a public poll and let everyone know that if they vote more than 3 choices, that their votes will be subtracted from the totals for those people.
