I am 1 of 7 people in a trust... The trust wants to sell a 5.64 acre lot in Ellis county... I am not willing to sign the contract due to certain reasons... I have put an offer to another person involved to buy me out( They have accepted my offer).... How would I go about this in the state of Texas... Are Quit Claim Deeds legal... What other Legal ways do I have to release from having to sign the contract..
